Sacramental Celebrations

Baptism
Pre-baptismal classes are required for parishioners wishing to have their children baptized at St. Pascal's. Special arrangements for older children can be made. To arrange for classes and to schedule the celebration of Baptism, contact the parish office at 651-774-1585, at least two months prior to desired date.

First Eucharist
Children typically celebrate the sacrament of First Eucharist while in the second grade. For information on how to register for classes, contact Kim Roering at 651-774-1585 ext. 134.

First Reconciliation
First Reconciliation Preparation is geared to fourth grade students and older. Parents wishing to enroll their children to prepare for the sacrament of Reconciliation, at any age level, may do so by contacting Kim Roering at 651-774-1585 ext. 134.

Confirmation
Confirmation preparation consists of a two-year program, beginning in the ninth grade or older. The Confirmation celebration takes place in mid-winter along with other parishes at the St. Paul Cathedral. For more information or to register for the Confirmation program, active parishioners may contact Barb Uschold at 651-774-1585 ext. 128.


Marriage
Wedding arrangements must be made with the pastor at least six months in advance of your desired wedding date. Contact the Parish Office at 651-774-1585.

RCIA
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is available to any person seeking full membership into the Catholic Church, whether the person is already baptized or not. For information, contact Barb Uschold at 651-774-1585 ext. 128.

Anointing of the Sick
Twice a year this sacrament is celebrated at all Weekend liturgies. Arrangements may be made for you or a member of your family to receive this sacrament at any time by calling the Parish Office at 651-774-1585.
Please Note:  Due to privacy laws, hospital staff can no longer ask the parish affiliation of patients. They can no longer notify parishes of the hospitalization of parishioners. If you or a family member is hospitalized and wishes a visit from the parish, we must be informed by you of the hospitalization.
